No problem! It’s free if you let us know at least 4 days before (subject to availability). If you cancel less than 8 days before the tour, we’ll have to keep your payment. Last-minute reschedules (under 48 hours) cost $25 USD per person. We’re a tiny but mighty team, and every booking counts! We’d love the chance to offer your spot to another pal — that’s why we appreciate as much notice as possible! Thanks for understanding 💛 Heads up: No-shows are treated as cancellations. That means we’ll keep your deposit and charge the remaining balance on your card. 🕐 Late Arrivals We try to be flexible! We can usually wait 10 minutes, depending on the day’s schedule.
