🚨 Cancellations & Reschedules We totally get that plans change — here’s how it works with us: Free cancellations up to 10 days before your tour = full refund, no stress. Want to reschedule? No problem! It’s free if you let us know at least 4 days before (subject to availability). If you cancel less than 8 days before the tour, we’ll have to keep your payment. Last-minute reschedules (under 48 hours) cost $25 USD per person. We’re a tiny but mighty team, and every booking counts! We’d love the chance to offer your spot to another pal — that’s why we appreciate as much notice as possible! Thanks for understanding 💛 Heads up: No-shows are treated as cancellations. That means we’ll keep your deposit and charge the remaining balance on your card. 🕐 Late Arrivals We try to be flexible! We can usually wait 10 minutes, depending on the day’s schedule. If you arrive too late and miss the tour, we’ll have to keep your payment and, sadly, you won’t be able to reschedule. 🧑🏾🤝🧑🏼 How many people?
